Counselling is available at Nundah Activity Centre for anyone who wishes to talk about and work through any personal problems. During these sessions a counsellor will enable you to address your problems in a positive way by supporting you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self-awareness.
Counsellors provide confidential support, so your discussions will always remain private. The only exception to this rule is if the counsellor feels that they have a legal duty of care to report something that threatens your wellbeing or the wellbeing of others. This will be explained during the initial session, and in most cases it is generally not something that will occur.
If you feel that you are struggling with a personal concern such as grief or loss, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression or trauma of any kind then feel free to contact us to make an appointment to visit a counsellor.
General Members – $5.00
